When you create your account, we collect your first and last name, your email address, and your password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text).
When using the logbook, you may enter information about your property: address, area, year of construction, EPC rating, purchase price, and purchase date. This data is provided voluntarily and remains under your control.
You can upload PDF files (invoices, quotes, diagnostics, reports) and photos. These files are stored in a private space that only you can access. They are never shared or publicly accessible unless you explicitly generate a sharing link.
You can enter the contact details of tradespeople and contractors (name, phone number, email). This data is used solely within your logbook and is never shared with third parties.
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure the technical performance of the service. These tools collect aggregated and anonymised data (pages visited, loading times). No advertising tracking cookies are used.
If you submit your email through the access request form, we store that email along with any optional information you provide (first name, property location). This data is used exclusively to contact you.

If you enable the public sharing feature, a unique link is generated. Anyone with this link can view the information you have chosen to make visible (maintenance log, health score, CIL). Your contractors' contact details are never included in the public view. You can revoke this link at any time from your logbook.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified by email or through an in-app notification. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
